If saying asking Imam Ali (AS) for help is HARAAM and SHIRK, then some of the companions of the Prophet (S) for sure had committed great sin and SHIRK, the three companions who took the political leadership of the Muslims after the Prophet (S) used to call Imam Ali (AS) for help, and one of them used to say it clearly that "If it was not for Ali UMAR would have been perished" so before condemning the SHIAS they need to condemn the those companions who used to ask help from Imam Ali (AS), the standard should be one for all. The Khalifa did not say "If it was not for Allah UMAR would have been perished" But he said if it was not for ALI (AS). Please investigate the history of Muslim by your self and confirm my words.
When some Shias and not all the SHIAS call O Ali help me, then these points should be their mind:
Allah (SWT) is the master of every cause, cause of every cause, He made causes to bestow his mercy and blessing upon his creations, and one of those causes or channels are Prophet (S) , Imam (AS) and the rest of the household.
The same way when ALLAH takes the soul (death) of a Human he takes through angel of death, so should we say they he needs the angel of death as His partner, NO NO NO by God NO, he can take it directly, but he made a system of cause and effect, so as the angel of death is His cause of taking the souls of people, as the doctor is His cause of curing the sick ones, as the police His cause of helping the one in trouble, as job is his cause of giving lively hood or RIZQ to his creatures, our beloved Infallibles (AS) are His spiritual cause and helpers to us, as they were to the companions and many Muslim political KHALIFAs. They were martyrs and they are alive based on our holy Quran, so my Question is that if they can listen to you, and if they were and still are the spiritual helpers, and they can listen to us, so what is the problem in asking them, with putting all the intentions towards Allah and that if it was not for ALLAH Imam ALi (AS) would not be able to help us, the spiritual power which Imam Ali (AS) has is without any doubt from Allah, so if a person feels that he wants to approach direct to Allah then that is excellent, and if wants to approach to one of His causes then that is also fine. I wonder that why do these opponents go do doctor, where Allah in Quran says that He is the only one who cures us from sickness??????????? Isn't going to the doctor SHIRK and against the Quran??????????? well if they think with integrity of the Islamic concepts they will not have any problem.
